Daddy is home, at least for a few weeks!

The past month has been a pretty busy and eventful one! Tom just got back on Thursday night, after being away for a few days, after being home for a few days, after getting back from being away for a week!! Auntie Gina made it safely home, after a year of studying abroad in Australia. We had a wonderful time catching up with her and hanging out with all the Sullivans and the Medronos this weekend. It was tough trying to get as much family time that I wanted to, because I was a bride's maid in one of my really good childhood friend's wedding. Fortunately though, the boys got some much needed Auntie time with Lina and Gina, as well as some fun time with Bamma and Pop-pop : )
Gi, Pa and Auntie Tracy came and
hung out with us in the happening
town of Ridgecrest for a week. We
did manage to make a couple of trips,
to include Death Valley, which was
an awesome place! We took a walk
around at 282 feet BELOW sea level!
Pa got to visit the Devil's Golf Course,
which was not as
scary as it sounds ; )
We even managed to spot a big, brown,
man-eating burrough that was traveling
at 60 mph!!........ Sorry Nancy : ) We also
had a great time in Vegas, as we watched
The Blue Man Group and witnessed Tracy win $160.00, all from $1.00! We just love this typical Vegas gambler picture of you Tracy, so sorry I just had to include it!!

So, Brandon started baseball and has practice a couple of times a week; he looks so little and cute in his cleats and baseball pants! I will try to remember to take a couple of pictures of him in action during his next practice. He is also very involved in
Webkinz and taking good care of his Gorilla he named King
Kong-- big shocker there! Oh yes, and he got Student of the
Month!! They gave him a couple of pencils and a gift certificate for Sizzler's, so he and Daddy went out for a fun
dinner together : )

Wes is painfully watching Brother practice baseball, as he so desperately wants to be out there too! It was so cute, last practice he ran up to the huddle they formed at the end of practice and yelled, "Yankees!" right along with them. Again, he is in such a hurry to grow up! However, he did randomly ask for a bear today so I dug out my Teddy bear that I got for Christmas when I was 6. I thought it was so sweet when he cuddled up to it! He has also discovered his love of chocolate pudding!
